We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should be 100% satisfied with their purchase. So, if you’re not happy with your purchase for some reasons, you may return it to Snapaddict within 10 days of the purchase date, provided you contact us ahead and tell us the reason, we can always proffer solutions and if it doesn’t work, u can return it, and be eligible for return/exchange. NB: Item must be in top condition, i.e. not broken or scratched, or carton/casing and any other accessories misplaced.


We only offer refund ONLY for damaged or lost goods. Snapaddict would NEVER ship out damaged goods to you. This only happens in transit as a result of the courier/delivery system.

Make sure you check your items AT THE POINT OF DELIVERY/PICK-UP.
If there is any damage done, DO not accept DELIVERY.
You will be contacted by our team, and will give you details of your refund. Please note that REFUND WILL TAKE 2- 4 Days

With your order number we will help you track your order and give you details as to why it is being delayed.
Please note, in a case where your parcel has been lost (for outside Lagos deliveries), we will notify you and try to rectify the issue. If after 7 days, your parcel has not been found, we will pay a refund into your account.
